We collect personally identifiable information about you through the use of Membership Forms and Rally Entry forms and when you contact us direct or place an advert, article, letter or other item in the Society magazine.

The Data that we currently collect is:

Mobile telephone number
email address

We will never sell or pass personal data to organisations not connected with the Farm Machinery Preservation Society.

At all stages of data collection you will be given the opportunity to opt out of further contact. The Farm Machinery Preservation Society will honour your request for no further contact.

All Data collected will be destroyed after 3 years if no longer current.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting the Membership Secretary.
