To enter the 2010 Long Melford Vintage Rally download the entry form and post to the section organiser as listed on the form and also to be found on the page of this site titled "Exhibitors Contacts"      

Please be sure to enclose:- 
        
   SELF ADDRESSED AND STAMPED ENVELOPE 9" X 6" 
       for the return of your passes and other information. 

Also, all exhibits must carry PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE and a copy of the certificate must be sent with the entry. 

For stationary engine and other static exhibits membership of the
Farm Machinery Preservation Society gives you the cover you need. The insurance does not cover any "Driven" machines but does cover "Walk Behind" tractors and machines such as Trusty, BMB etc.
